Light Mind Creation provides digital marketing agency services for service-based businesses across Canada, managed remotely from Cochrane, Alberta. Our services include:

• SEO Services: Technical SEO audits, on-page optimization, content strategy, local SEO alignment, and ongoing optimization.
• Google Ads Management Services: Campaign setup, keyword research, ad copy creation, bid management, negative keyword management, conversion tracking, and ongoing optimization.
• Google Business Profile Optimization: Category selection, business description optimization, photo uploads, posting schedules, review management setup, and NAP consistency audits.
• Website Design Services: High-conversion website and landing page design, copywriting, wireframing, mobile optimization, form integration, and tracking setup.

Specific scope of work, fees, deliverables, and timelines for client engagements are detailed in individual client service agreements or statements of work.

3. Direct Founder Management Model

All client accounts are managed directly by company founders Tatiana and Gabriela. We do not pass clients off to third-party offshore teams or unassigned junior account managers. Communication regarding your account will take place directly with our founding team.

4. No Guarantees & Advertising Platforms Disclaimer

While we utilize proven methodologies, Google Partner standards, and industry best practices, digital marketing performance depends on many factors outside our control, including platform algorithm updates, market competition, seasonality, auction dynamics, client budget constraints, and third-party platform policies.

Light Mind Creation does not guarantee specific lead volumes, conversion numbers, ad positions, or revenue amounts. Advertising ad spend is paid directly by the client to Google or applicable ad platforms and is separate from Light Mind Creation's management fees.

5. Client Responsibilities

To enable us to perform services effectively, clients agree to:

• Provide timely access to necessary Google Ads accounts, Google Business Profiles, domain DNS settings, website CMS access, or analytics tools
• Maintain valid payment information with advertising platforms (e.g. Google Ads billing)
• Provide accurate information about their business, offerings, and licensing
• Review and approve deliverables, ad copy, or landing page drafts in a timely manner

6. Intellectual Property Rights

All content on this website — including text, logos, graphics, icons, design elements, and code — is the property of Light Mind Creation Marketing Solutions and is protected by Canadian and international copyright and intellectual property laws.

Upon full payment for completed custom deliverables (such as custom landing page designs or custom written ad copy), intellectual property rights for custom client assets transfer to the client as specified in their individual service agreement.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Canadian law, Light Mind Creation Marketing Solutions, its founders, employees, or partners shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — including loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities — arising out of or related to your use of our website, services, or third-party advertising platforms.

8. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms and any disputes arising out of or relating to them or our services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Alberta and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein, without giving effect to any principles of conflicts of law.

You agree that any legal action or proceeding arising from or related to these Terms or our services shall be brought exclusively in the courts located in Calgary or Cochrane, Alberta, Canada.
